The people in East and West Germany had very similar passions. 50 years ago in Eisenach these dreams resulted in this vehicle. Beneath the elegant bodywork of this Wartburg a noisy, pre-war two-stroke engine with three-cylinders did its duty. Later, the East German leader W. Ulbricht halted the production of these "playboy autos".
