This functioning trial vehicle is a lightweight construction weighing 850 kg made of carbon fibre reinforced plastics. With its good aerodynamic characteristics, optimised drive components and a 100 kW diesel motor it displays very dynamic characteristics. The consumption of just 3.4 litres over 100 km shows the kind of fuel economy we can expect from the cars of the future.
